One such challenge came in the form of Bee Haven Consulting's Town Centre location in North Vancouver. The project was initialized at the beginning of 2021, with an opening day planned for June. However, after nearly 14 weeks of waiting for DNV approval, Bee Haven was in danger of not opening to their 38 families by the time school started back in September.

Working closely with Bosa Development, Omega Construction was chosen to complete the work and given the impossible task of getting Bee Haven approved and open by September. Despite setbacks and a tight timeline, Omega was able to complete the project on time. Bee Haven received final inspection approval from Vancouver Coastal Health on September 7th and opened on September 8th after obtaining their licensing department's approval.
